The well-known restaurant at Maokong, Chef A-Yi is located in Maokong, Chef A-Yi was invited by Discovery to introduce a special food album. Mucha Zhinan is the most famous Tieguanyin producer in Taiwan. The only way to be called 'Tieguanyin Oolong Tea' is to use Tieguanyin tea tree species and follow the ancient tea-making process. If the tea is made from other tea tree species through the same process, it can only be commonly called 'Tieguanyin Tea'. Continue the journey to the adjacent Maokong Gondola, which is the first gondola system in Taipei City.
