In Yong Kang food district, near National Taiwan University and just around the corner from Dongmen MRT station (red and yellow line), is Boite de Bijou. It is a lovely patisserie located at the end of Yong Kang Street, near National Taiwan Normal University.
Boite de Bijou's is a Parisian cafe filled with glistening bell jars of brighlty colored macaroons and the scents of freshly baked baguettes. There is not much seating area in this little patisserie, but it is a favourite among the sweet-toothed of Taipei, for delights like chocolate banana mousse, lemon tarts or a freshly-baked breakfast to go.
