In a historical building, created during Taiwan's Japanese colonization, is Fireweeds. Originally, this building was the residence of Yu Ling Chen, a professer of agricultural chemistry who dedicated himself and his home to studying the ecology of weeds. Now, Fireweeds opens its doors to the public, allowing visitors to reminisce over a bygone Taipei.
In Fireweeds, guests are able to enjoy some truly traditional delicacies. Low key evening to late night favourites are more or less what you'll find in the number of dishes served. In this nostalgic setting, visitors would be able to enjoy a laidback dinner in a culturally enriched surroundings. Open everyday for dinner, Fireweeds welcomes guests from 5PM until midnight.
