French
Unfortunately, French restaurants are not as common in Taipei as other types of food. The good news is that restaurants such as Saveurs tries to remedy this. On the outside, Saveurs looks deceptively like a small, simple looking local restaurant; the interior isn't much more remarkable either.
Saveurs has dinner options such as fillet mignon, lamb shank, duck liver, salads, and of course froie gras and crepes. Lunch is very ideal at Saveurs as a lunch special is offered and it is very economical: a whole set with a soup, an entree, three main courses, and dessert, all for only a few hundred NT$s. All dishes are crafted carefully by French expat Chef Patrick Caribol, very seriously introducing the art to Taiwan.
